The Georgia Writers' Association has just announced the nominees for this year's Georgia Author of the Year Awards. I'm pleased to announce that But Whether Men Do has been nominated for Best First Novel!
It's a little hard for me to believe how far I've come. It was just a year ago that I first signed my contract with FutureWord, and now here I am being considered for an award. You can view the full list of this year's GAYA nominees here.
I also have to give a shout out to fellow FutureWord author Nicole Izmaylov. Her newest novel, The Dracian Dance: A Tale of Taru, has been nominated for Best Young Adult!
The award ceremony will be held on June 11th at Kennessaw State University. Wish us luck!
